Express Yourself!

Transport Longsight Logo

Transport could be a lot better.  The buses could be more reliable, the streets cleaner and safer...  That's why it's really important to let the people responsible for transport know when you have a bad experience with it.  This page is designed to help you do that.

Please use this list of common problems.  If you would like to raise an issue that isn't on here then please contact us and will we add it.

If you contact someone about a problem, please let us know when you hear back. If it's okay with you, we'll report it on this website so that people can see the issues being dealt with.  Tell us if you are unhappy with the response you get to your complaint.  Records of letters, phone calls and Internet complaints are kept on our documents page.
