	The next meeting of the Longsight Area Transport Working Group is in November, the date and time will be confirmed - all welcome!  Just contact us  to find out more.
	We are also holding a public meeting about air quality in Longsight in early 2006. More information coming soon...

If you'd like to get involved with the Longsight Transport Project, please contact us with your details and we will get in touch about future events and activities. We can get in touch with you by email, phone or post - just let us know what is best for you. 

We aim to create change through various activities, which include consultation, lobbying local authority officials, getting seen and heard in the local papers and radio stations and organising local events.

You could:
Join the group that is working to make getting around in Longsight easier and safer.  All are welcome at one our meetings.   Just get in contact to find out when the next one is.
Join our contacts list so that we can tell you about events.
Tell us your concerns about walking, cycling, driving and using buses in the Longsight area.

Activities have included:

community triathlon	meetings and training Days	encouraging bus users to keep diaries to show how reliable (or not) the bus services are	organising our public meeing on air pollution
